NHS Financial Planning and Re-design

Working in partnership with NHS commissioning and provider organisations, including STP footprints,  we assist you in the production of your strategic and operational financial plans. This includes the following:-

• Assessment of the alignment of system-wide strategic and operational financial plans
• Development of 3-5 year strategic plans (organisational and system-wide)
• Development of 1-2 year operational plans including:
  • Financial and activity modelling
  • Development of financial scenarios and modelling of assumptions
  • Identifying financial risks and developing associated mitigation strategies

• Development of QIPP and Cost Improvement Programmes
• Developing financial reporting tools to support effective operational and Board decision making
