David Cochrane has been invited to speak at two international conferences in the spring of 2014 on topics central to risk stratification and integrated care:-

• 14th Annual International Conference on Integrated Care “Taking Integrated Care Forward: People, Policy and Practice” Diamant Conference Centre, Brussels, 2-4 April 2013.   His subject will be ‘A ten year journey from Castlefields- a practitioner’s history of case management in the UK, learning and lessons for effective practice.’
